This is my favorite comfort stew, especially during the winter.
Butajiru is very healthy because of the Konyaku and Burdock root.
Please adjust the portion as you see fit. The ingredients used are as follow:
白味噌 (White Miso) (around 3 table spoons)
Soy sauce (one table spoon)
Some Carrot
Some Onion
Some 牛蒡(Burdock root)
Some こんやく (Konyaku)
Some Tofu
Some Pork
Some 里芋(Satoimo/ Japanese Taro)
Some 大根 (Radish)
Dashi stock だし
Green onions as garnish
