Ingredients:
Kabocha Squash x 1
Soy sauce ~1-2 tbsp depending on how salty you want
Green onion
Sesame seeds (Garnish)
Rinse the Kabocha thoroughly. We are going to eat the skin, so scrub it.
Cut the Kabocha in half and remove the centre part (the part with seeds).
Chop the Kabocha into small chunks.
Chop some green onions.
Heat up the wok/pan with oil with high to medium high heat.
Fry the green onions very briefly (several seconds, else they will burn).
Pour the chopped Kabocha in.
Stir them up and coat the kabocha with oil.
Reduce the heat to low and close the lid. Bake the Kabocha for 10-15 minutes, or until it is soft(can be poked through easily).
Serve!
