Beef Noodle Soup

A lovely and hearty bowl of beef noodle soup. The species used are more northern China, influenced by the Mid-Asia.

I used to have it with my grandma, until she passed away. The noodles I find in China now no longer taste the same.


 

Ingredients:

  • Braised Spiced Beef Shank and broth. Recipe below:


  • Noodles of your choice. I used somen in the video.

  • Coriander/Cilantro

  • Chili
